        L’obiettivo principale del sistema SAI è l"accoglienza integrata rivolta ai richiedenti e/o titolari di protezione internazionale e umanitaria. Per accoglienza integrata s"intende la messa in atto di interventi materiali di base (vitto, alloggio) insieme ai servizi volti al supporto di percorsi di inclusione sociale, funzionali alla (ri)conquista dell"autonomia individuale quali: l"assistenza sanitaria e psicologica, l"orientamento/accompagnamento sul territorio, la consulenza legale, i servizi di interpretariato e mediazione culturale, i percorsi individuali di inserimento lavorativo, l"insegnamento della lingua italiana, l"integrazione abitativa, le attività di socializzazione, con attenzione particolare alle categorie vulnerabili; il tutto come meglio disciplinato e descritto nell’allegato capitolato descrittivo e prestazionale e come risultante dall’offerta tecnica migliorativa presentata in sede di gara.

        La gara ha ad oggetto l’affidamento del Sistema per l’accoglienza, la tutela e l’integrazione a favore di richiedenti asilo e rifugiati – già SPRAR - SIPROIMI, ora SAI attivato nel Comune, per il periodo dal 1° gennaio 2024 al 30 giugno 2026. L’affidamento avviene nell’osservanza delle modalità stabilite e nel rispetto degli standard ed obiettivi prestazionali minimi fissati nel Capitolato speciale descrittivo, nonché nella pedissequa osservanza della normativa di settore.
