VII.2)Information about modifications

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La modifica ha per oggetto la rimozione delle fibre artificiali vetrose (FAV) ritrovate all"interno delle coibentazioni dei canali aeraulici e dei controsoffitti situati in corrispondenza di aree afferenti ai piani interrati.

Con riferimento al precedente punto VII.1.5, si precisa che l"attività di rimozione comporta un incremento della durata delle opere di 60 giorni naturali e consecutivi, a cui bisognerà aggiungere il 90% dei giorni di sospensione parziale dei lavori, calcolati all"atto della ripresa degli stessi.

Il ritrovamento delle fibre artificiali vetrose si configura quale circostanza imprevista ed imprevedibile ai sensi dell"art. 106, comma 1, lett. c), D.Lgs. 50/16 e s.m.i.
