Descrizione delle opzioni:

Ai sensi dell’art. 120, comma 1, lett. a) del Codice, qualora, anteriormente alla scadenza del termine di durata di ogni lotto, anche eventualmente prorogata, il quantitativo relativo ad uno o più Appalti Specifici raggiunga il quantitativo massimo dell"Accordo Quadro medesimo oppure lo ecceda fino a una soglia massima del 30% Consip considererà quest’ultimo come giunto a scadenza e di conseguenza le Amministrazioni non potranno emettere ulteriori ordini di fornitura. Ai sensi dell’art. 120, comma 9 del Codice, qualora in corso di esecuzione si renda necessario un aumento o una diminuzione delle prestazioni fino alla concorrenza del quinto dell"importo del contratto di fornitura, le Amministrazioni possono imporre al Fornitore l’esecuzione alle condizioni originariamente previste.
