        L’ Azienda Sanitaria Provinciale di Catanzaro, denominata Concedente, concede il servizio di distribuzione automatica mediante installazione e gestione di distributori automatici di bevande calde, fredde e snack, a ridotto impatto ambientale in alcuni spazi all’interno delle proprie strutture, ad uso e consumo dei propri dipendenti e degli eventuali visitatori che accedono alle stesse, riconoscendo al Concessionario il corrispettivo derivante dalle vendite dei prodotti. Si precisa che l"uso del servizio è facoltativo da parte dell"utenza e, pertanto, il Concessionario non potrà avanzare alcuna richiesta o pretesa né richiedere modifiche del contratto per l"eventuale mancato utilizzo. Trattandosi di Concessione di un Servizio l"offerta è posta a rialzo della base d"asta.
