        L"appalto ha ad oggetto l"esecuzione di Servizi informatici sistemistici (SIS).

        L"appalto è suddiviso nei seguenti lotti: Lotti 1 e 2: Vmware, Microsoft e Red Hat; Lotto 3: IBM, SAP, Oracle; Lotto 4: ambito Security; Lotto 5: ambito Media.

        L"importo complessivo massimo stimato dell"appalto è pari ad euro 4.987.349,00 (quattromilioninovecentoottantasettemilatrecentoquarantanove/00), I.V.A. esclusa così suddiviso tra i vari lotti: Lotto 1: Euro 1.561.382,00; Lotto 2: Euro 1.561.382,00; Lotto 3: Euro 880.182; Lotto 4: Euro 669.579; Lotto 5: Euro 314.824. Con riferimento a ciascun lotto, l"importo degli oneri per la sicurezza per rischi da interferenza è stato stimato pari ad euro 0,00 (zero/00).

        In considerazione della natura dell"Accordo Quadro, tutte le quantità indicate nella documentazione di gara sono meramente indicative e non vincolanti. Il valore stimato per ciascun Lotto rappresenta l"importo massimo del relativo Accordo Quadro e non è soggetto a ribasso; tale importo non è in alcun modo impegnativo né vincolante per Rai. Gli effettivi importi delle prestazioni da eseguire saranno determinati in sede di stipula delle Richieste di Esecuzione.

        Ai sensi dell"art. 120, comma 11, del D. Lgs. 36/2023, Rai si riserva la facoltà di prorogare la durata dell"accordo quadro per il tempo strettamente necessario alla conclusione delle procedure necessarie per l"individuazione di un nuovo contraente.
