Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

- circostanze “impreviste ed imprevedibili che alterano in maniera significativa il costo dei materiali necessari alla realizzazione dell"opera” ai sensi dell’art. 7, comma 2-ter, del D.L.n° 36/2022 ("Ulteriori misure urgenti per l"attuazione del Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza (PNRR)"), convertito in legge n. 79/2022
