Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Al Fine di poter correttamente ottemperare alle mutate disposizioni unionali, si è reso necessario apportare integrazioni al contratto REP n. 14560/2019 provvedendo alla parziale rimodulazione e integrazione al contratto in essere ,inserendo la realizzazione di un RAV aggiuntivo per l"annualità 2026 per un compenso integrativo di € 195492.33
