Lgs. n. 63/2023, per le motivazioni indicate nella determinazione a contrarre: per la necessità di attivare in tempi brevi lo smaltimento dei rifiuti indicati in oggetto, garantendo il trasporto del sopravaglio avente codice E.E.R. 19.12.12 ed eventuale frazione di sottovaglio non biostabilizzato codice E.E.R. 19.12.12 e frazione biostabilizzata codice E.E.R. 19.05.01, provenienti dal trattamento meccanico dall’impianto di T.M.B. di C.da Cava dei Modicani a Ragusa, presso gli impianti di HERAMBIENTE S.p.A, atteso che i predetti impianti sono già stati individuati con precedente procedura di gara.
