          La fornitura dei ricambi è opzionale e comprende:

          Inoltre AMT si riserva di apportare le modifiche contrattuali di cui all’art. 120 comma 1 lett. b) c) e) e art. 120 comma 2 e 9 del codice dei contratti, qualora nell’ambito del presente affidamento, si verificassero una o più condizioni di cui alle norme citate.
