         a) Iscrizione nel registro tenuto dalla Camera di commercio industria, artigianato e agricoltura oppure nel registro delle commissioni provinciali per l’artigianato per attività coerenti con quelle oggetto della presente procedura di gara.

         b) Possesso della licenza individuale speciale, in corso di validità alla data di scadenza per la presentazione delle candidature, avente ad oggetto, alternativamente:

         l’abilitazione a svolgere l’attività di notificazione di atti giudiziari e contravvenzioni in ambito nazionale (A1)

         l’abilitazione a svolgere la sola attività di notificazione delle violazioni del codice della strada in ambito nazionale (B1)

         rilasciata ai sensi del “Regolamento in materia di rilascio delle licenze per svolgere il servizio di notificazione a mezzo posta di atti giudiziari e comunicazioni connesse (legge 20 novembre 1982, n. 890) e di violazioni del codice della strada (articolo 201 del d.lgs. 30 aprile 1992, n. 285)” allegato alla Delibera 77/18/CONS dell’AGCom, conformemente a quanto previsto nelle linee guida Anac – AGCom n. 16 per l’affidamento degli appalti pubblici di servizi postali, approvate con Delibera ANAC n. 185 del 13/4/2022 e delibera AGCom n. 116/22/CONS del 13/4/2022 12.9 e 12.10). La licenza, alla scadenza del termine di presentazione delle candidature, deve essere operativa e tale deve permanere per tutto l’espletamento della procedura di gara e altresì per l’intera durata dello svolgimento del servizio.
