Einrichtung eines Informationszentrums im Schiffsmeisterhaus Deggendorf mit Informationsdisplays und –tafeln, PC-basierten Infoterminals zum Projekt; Konzeption, Gestaltung und Umsetzen (Drehen) von Spots und Beiträgen für TV und Radio zum Projekt, Erstellen eines Informationsfilmes über das Projekt, Bau und Aufstellen kleinerer Infopavillons im Projektgebiet, Erstellen mobiler Informationstafeln für eine Wanderausstellung zum Projekt.

Die o.g. Leistungen sind ergänzende Leistungen zu bereits beauftragten Leistungen und insbesondere verursacht durch die Wiederaufnahme der Nutzung nach Nutzung durch Dritte.Der Wechsel des Auftragnehmers wird verhindert durch die Notwendigkeit, die funktionale Einheit beim Auftragnehmer zu erhalten. Die Abgrenzung der Ergänzungsleistung zur beauftragten und bereits aufgeführten Leistungen ist nicht möglich und führt bei einem Auftragnehmerwechsel zu Doppelvergütung.
