         All’atto della stipula contrattuale, l’aggiudicatario deve prestare cauzione definitiva e polizze assicurative costituite ai sensi dell’art. 103 del D.Lgs. n.50/2016 secondo le tempistiche che saranno indicate da ANAS S.p.A. e secondo le modalità di cui ai documenti di gara.
