        Il servizio oggetto di appalto deve essere prestato a favore del Consorzio Servizi Ecologia Ambiente (“CSEA”) con sede operativa in P.za Risorgimento, 2 - SALUZZO, su tutta l’estensione del territorio di competenza i cui Comuni sono elencati nell’Allegato 1 al CSA.

        Oggetto del servizio sono le attività di gestione della raccolta dei rifiuti CER 20.01.10 – Abbigliamento - (“Abiti usati”) dal territorio, sia a mezzo di cassonetti stradali che con servizi porta a porta, anche su chiamata, e del loro trasporto agli impianti di recupero.

        Fa parte integrante del servizio anche la fornitura e la posa di cassoni personalizzati, nuovi di fabbrica, per la raccolta stradale degli Abiti usati.

        L’aggiudicatario, con la presa in carico del servizio, diventerà proprietario degli Abiti usati raccolti e ne potrà disporre a sua discrezione, fermo restando l’obbligo di avviarli a recupero in un impianto autorizzato al loro trattamento.

      4. Description of the procurement:

        I servizi richiesti dal presente appalto sono sommariamente i seguenti:

        fornire i cassoni per la raccolta differenziata degli Abiti usati CER 20.01.10 secondo le specifiche dettate dal CSA;

        posizionare i suddetti cassoni presso i Centri di Raccolta (o “isole ecologiche”, da ora innanzi “CdR”) e sul territorio secondo le specifiche dettate dal CSA ed eventualmente modificate secondo l’offerta tecnica presentata dall’aggiudicatario;

        svuotare i suddetti cassoni secondo frequenze tali da garantire la costante fruibilità dei contenitori da parte dell’utenza, senza soluzione di continuità;

        attivare, secondo quanto definito dal CSA e dall’offerta tecnica dell’aggiudicatario, servizi di raccolta porta a porta degli abiti usati;

        emettere, all’atto della prestazione del servizio, i documenti relativi ai rifiuti effettuati (Formulari Identificativi Rifiuto oppure Documenti di Trasporto – “bolle”) secondo le specifiche previste nel CSA;

        garantire la corretta attribuzione del peso delle quantità raccolte presso ciascun Comune in caso di attività prestate su più Comuni nello stesso servizio;

        trasportare gli Abiti usati presso gli impianti indicati in sede di gara ed autorizzati al recupero di tali rifiuti;

        produrre la reportistica prevista dal CSA;

        provvedere alla manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dei cassoni dedicati alla raccolta degli abiti usati;

        fornire allo CSEA, entro le scadenze da questo fissate, la necessaria documentazione volta alla redazione annuale del MUD.
