          Nel caso in cui tra i frequentanti vi siano bambini in situazione di disabilità tali da richiedere un’integrazione delle ore di presenza di personale, il soggetto aggiudicatario provvederà previo accordo con l’Amministrazione Comunale all’individuazione e all’assegnazione di una specifica figura educativa.

          Le parti concorderanno anticipatamente gli eventuali oneri economici aggiuntivi che potranno coprire, di norma, fino a quattro ore giornaliere.

          Per la realizzazione del progetto l’Amministrazione corrisponderà un corrispettivo determinato sulla base del monte ore effettuato e del costo orario previsto per una unità con inquadramento D1 dalle tabelle del Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali aggiornate a settembre 2020.

          Il Comune corrisponderà comunque solo le ore dell"educatore di sostegno, previste dal progetto preventivamente concordato, che vedono l"effettiva presenza del bambino o bambina disabile all"interno del servizio.
