          - La Convenzione quadro potrà essere rinnovata fino ad ulteriori 24 mesi, su comunicazione scritta dell’Agenzia qualora le Amministrazioni interessate al servizio oggetto dell’appalto manifestino interesse ed esigenza al rinnovo. Il rinnovo avverrà agli stessi patti e condizioni, per un valore massimo pari ad ulteriori € 4.000.000,00 IVA esclusa. - Potrà essere effettuata una proroga tecnica, fino al completamento della procedura d’aggiudicazione dell’affidamento successivo, avviata prima della scadenza della Convenzione, e comunque per un periodo massimo di 6 mesi alle medesime condizioni contrattuali ed economiche in vigore o più favorevoli. - Nel caso in cui, prima del decorso del termine di durata della Convenzione quadro, anche eventualmente rinnovato, sia esaurito l’importo massimo spendibile previsto per la gara, al Fornitore potrà essere richiesto, alle stesse condizioni, di incrementare tale importo fino alla concorrenza di un quinto, ai sensi dell’art. 106, comma 12, del Codice. - La Convenzione quadro può essere modificata senza una nuova procedura di affidamento, ai sensi dell’art. 106, comma 1, lettera e), nei limiti di un quinto dell’importo della Convenzione quadro in caso di modifiche non sostanziali.
