        La gara ha per oggetto la fornitura e posa di arredi su disegno per la nuova Biblioteca sovracomunale di Predazzo sita in Corso Degasperi. La gara si svolgerà mediante procedura aperta con il criterio di aggiudicazione del prezzo più basso mediante massimo ribasso, con PRESENTAZIONE TELEMATICA SU SISTEMA SAP RM DELLA DOCUMENTAZIONE AMMINISTRATIVA E DELL"OFFERTA ECONOMICA, con le modalità indicate nel bando integrale di gara, ai sensi degli articoli 34, 44, 58, 60 del D.Lgs. 18 aprile 2016, n. 50 – Codice dei contratti pubblici (in seguito: Codice) e degli art. 9, 16 e 17 della L.P. 9 marzo 2016 n. 2 – Legge provinciale di recepimento delle direttive europee in materia di contratti pubblici 2016 (in seguito: L.P. n. 2/2016) e della L.P. 23 marzo 2020, n. 2.

        Oggetto dell"appalto è la fornitura e posa in opera di arredi su disegno presso la nuova Biblioteca sovracomunale di Predazzo. Le prestazioni oggetto d’appalto si configurano nell’allestimento delle diverse aree funzionali che occupano il piano interrato, il piano seminterrato, il piano terra, il primo piano ed il secondo piano dell’immobile sito in Corso Degasperi a Predazzo. In particolare è prevista la realizzazione di: mobili, espositori su gambe, piani di lavoro, bancone reception, tavoli espositori, banconi itineranti, piano cucina, mensole, vetrate, scaffali libreria, gradinate e rivestimenti vari.
