         (**) Importo massimo complessivo dei lavori subappaltabili, comprese le SIOS subappaltabili indicate nella tabella, è limitato al 50% del totale complessivo dei lavori, ed è quindi pari ad € 6.898.917,94 (Euro seimilioni ottocentonovantottomila novecentodiciasette/94), sia per il fatto che le opere dovranno essere eseguite in un’area sensibile dell’installazione militare e sia per la specificità delle medesime, che avranno la finalità di consentire di realizzare una nuova configurazione del sistema elettrico affidabile e resiliente sulla base dei carichi elettrici effettivamente richiesti. Infatti, durante le lavorazioni, le aree limitrofe al cantiere saranno oggetto di attività operative degli enti co-ubicati; dunque, attesa la sensibilità delle attività che interferiscono, seppur in maniera non pianificabile, ma certamente prevedibile, deve essere limitata quanto più possibile l’acquisizione di informazioni dalle quali si possano desumere attività di dettaglio. Pertanto, la limitazione al subappalto minimizza una potenziale frammentazione di informazioni che possano essere acquisite da soggetti coinvolti che a vario titolo possano essere introdotti in cantiere.
