    pena l’esclusione dalla procedura in quanto elementi essenziali dell’offerta, il concorrente (nel rispetto delle indicazioni del Disciplinare di gara ) deve soddisfare le seguenti condizioni: a) Iscrizione nel registro tenuto dalla Camera di Commercio Industria, Artigianato e Agricoltura oppure nel registro delle commissioni provinciali per l’artigianato per attività coerenti con quelle oggetto della presente procedura di gara; b) non sussistenza dei motivi di esclusione di cui all’art. 80, D.Lgs. n. 50/2016.

    Pena l’esclusione dalla procedura in quanto elemento essenziale dell’offerta, ciascun concorrente (secondo la forma con cui concorre e nel rispetto delle indicazioni del Disciplinare di gara) deve soddisfare la seguente condizione: aver realizzato complessivamente, negli ultimi tre esercizi sociali chiusi (2022/2021/2020), un fatturato globale, IVA esclusa, almeno pari al 30% del valore totale stimato del lotto. In caso di partecipazione a più lotti, il requisito fa riferimento alla sommatoria degli importi previsti per il singolo lotto.

    Pena l’esclusione dalla gara in quanto elemento essenziale dell’offerta, del Disciplinare di gara) ciascun concorrente (secondo la forma con cui concorre e nel rispetto delle indicazioni deve soddisfare la seguente condizione: a) ultimi tre aver eseguito, negli esercizi sociali chiusi (2022/2021/2020), contratti di servizi ricompresi nell’oggetto contratto per servizi di Manutenzione Immobili (Fabbro o Falegname per i lotti dal 1 al 7 e Manutenzione edile per i lotti dal n.8 al n.14) pari ad almeno il 20% dell’importo di gara; b) per i lotti dal 1 al 8 essere in possesso dell’attestazione di qualificazione, in corso di validità, rilasciata da società di attestazione SOA regolarmente autorizzata, Categoria Generale OG1 Class. I per importi fino a 258.000 + il 20% (309.600,00). In caso di partecipazione a più lotti, il requisito fa riferimento alla sommatoria degli importi previsti per il singolo lotto.
