    L"Aggiudicatario dovrà disporre di una sede operativa nell’ambito del territorio del Comune di Genova o comunque entro 50 km dallo stesso o impegnarsi ad attivare tale sede entro e non oltre 10 (dieci) giorni lavorativi dalla data di aggiudicazione.
    
    Ai fini dell’esecuzione dei servizi manutentivi piccola entità impiantistici e finiture di cui al presente capitolato l’affidatario dovrà possedere le seguenti qualificazioni:
    
    1) categoria OS30 pari al 15% dell’Importo totale del servizio;
    
    2) categoria OS03 pari al 20% dell’Importo totale del servizio.
