          L’Amministrazione comunale si riserva la facoltà, a suo insindacabile

          giudizio, qualora ragioni di opportunità e convenienza lo richiedano, di

          richiedere il rinnovo del contratto per un periodo massimo di 3(tre) anni,

          così come previsto dall"art. 63, comma 5 D. LGS. 50/2016. L’importo per

          l’eventuale rinnovo triennale ammonta ad un totale di € 1.349.978,28.

          Ricorrendone le condizioni l’Amministrazione comunale potrà procedere al

          rinnovo fino ad un massimo di ulteriori tre anni (tre). Nel caso di rinnovo

          del contratto, il compenso rimarrà fisso e invariabile per tutto il periodo

          contrattuale salvo l’adeguamento annuale del prezzo sulla base dell’indice

          ISTAT (costo della vita delle famiglie di operai e impiegati)a partire dal

          secondo anno e gli eventuali adeguamenti del costo contrattuale del personale

          impiegato derivanti da intervenuta sottoscrizione ed applicazione del nuovo

          C.C.N.L. e/o accordi integrativi territoriali. L"incremento dell"indice ISTAT

          FOI considerato sarà solo quello superiore al 6%. Si specifica che

          l’adeguamento , in caso di rinnovo CCNL, sarà riconosciuto al netto degli

          aumenti ISTAT eventualmente erogati nel periodo di vigenza contrattuale.
