Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Razlog za izvedbo dodatnih gradenj/storitev je nastal zaradi ugotovitev izvajalca o neskladju grafičnega dela PZI in popisa del ter tudi dejanskega stanja na gradbišču, saj se je
sprotno ugotavljalo, da prihaja do neskladja med vrsti del, zaradi česar je bilo potrebno dodatno projektirati dela, ki so potrebna za celotno usklajenost projekta in funkcionalno
delovanje stavbe. Posledica navedenega je bila spremenjena in usklajena projektna dokumentacija PZI. Vse navedeno je tudi zabeleženo v dokumentaciji gradbišča. Dela ki so
posledica spremenjene projektne dokumentacije in ugotovitev strokovnega nadzora ter izvajalca, so bila odobrena tako s strani odgovornega projektanta, strokovnega nadzora ter
naročnika. Dodatne gradnje/storitve in njihov obseg se tehnično prepletajo s pogodbenimi deli in storitvami prvotnega izvajalca, tako, da bi bilo ekonomsko in tehnično
nesprejemljivo vključevati drugega izvajalca za izvedbo teh del, ki so podlaga za pridobitev uporabnega dovoljenja za novograd
