      Il presente bando è emanato a seguito di determinazione di esperimento di gara di Insiel SpA e il relativo oggetto è finalizzato al soddisfacimento delle esigenze in essa indicate.

      Si precisa che Insiel SpA offrirà per via elettronica accesso libero, diretto e completo alla documentazione di gara attraverso il portale eAppaltiFVG disponibile all"indirizzo: https://eappalti.regione.fvg.it/web/index.html

      (sezione «Servizi per gli operatori economici», sottosezione «Bandi e avvisi»); pertanto non è previsto l"invio della documentazione cartacea su richiesta degli operatori economici.

      Sarà obbligatoria la fatturazione elettronica.

      Insiel SpA si riserva sin d"ora di:

      1) non procedere all"aggiudicazione;

      2) interpellare i concorrenti non aggiudicatari in caso di fallimento, risoluzione o recesso dell"impresa aggiudicataria;

      3) motivatamente sospendere, reindire o non aggiudicare la gara;

      4) motivatamente non stipulare il contratto anche qualora sia intervenuta in precedenza l"aggiudicazione.
