         Il sistema per ALD deve consentire la deposizione conforme di materiali dando flessibilità nella scelta degli stessi sia per via termica che tramite processo al plasma su wafer da 200 mm così come su campioni di dimensioni inferiori. Il macchinario deve essere dotato di tutto l’hardware necessario al suo corretto funzionamento incluse le sicurezze e del software/interfaccia utente per gestire i processi.
