Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Modificación al objeto de reforzar la capacidad del servicio de apoyo de este contrato, que permita atender los nuevos requerimientos del Banco de España en el uso de tecnologías Cloud para Anacredit y para los nuevos proyectos de gestión del dato y analítica en el ámbito del Eurosistema, desde la fecha de firma del Anexo hasta el vencimiento de la primera prórroga en vigor, que finaliza el 31 de diciembre de 2023, y durante la segunda prórroga del contrato.
