        La fornitura si terrà franco sede del committente

      4. Description of the procurement:

        L’appalto ha per oggetto:

        la fornitura di n°3 (tre) autobus ELETTRICI, a due assi, rispondenti alle Direttive Europee e norme vigenti all’atto della consegna degli autobus.

        Le caratteristiche relative al profilo di missione:

        - Durata media del servizio giornaliero: 15 h;

        - Percorrenza media giornaliera: 200 km;

        - Percorrenza media annua: 50.000 km;

        - Fondo stradale: tipico fondo stradale con pavimentazione in asfalto e basolato.

        I veicoli offerti dovranno:

        - essere costruiti con materiali privi di componenti tossici (amianto, PFC, PCB, CFC, ecc.) secondo la normativa vigente;

        - presentare protezione contro gli incendi, con impiego di materiali non infiammabili, autoestinguenti o almeno, in via subordinata, a bassa velocità di propagazione di fiamma, da verificare secondo le normative vigenti;

        - presentare caratteristiche tecniche e costruttive rispondenti alle prescrizioni del Decreto del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti del 1° aprile 2010 e del corrispondente allegato tecnico.

        - il veicolo deve essere equipaggiato con tre porte di servizio a doppia anta con comando di apertura/chiusura indipendente.

        Allegata alla offerta dovrà essere fornito uno schema dimensionale completo, quotato di tutte le misure più significative del mezzo offerto.

        Questo appalto non è suddiviso in lotti in quanto la suddivisione in lotti non è stata ritenuta funzionale in termini organizzativi-operativi.

        L’importo complessivo dell’appalto, ai sensi del comma 4 dell’articolo 35 del D. Lgs. 50/2016 e s.m.i., ammonta ad € 1.571.250,00, oltre iva di legge e di € 0,00 per costi della sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso.

        Non sussistono costi della manodopera da quantificarsi ai sensi dell’art. 23 comma 16 del D.Lgs. 50/16, in quanto trattasi di appalto di mera fornitura.
