          L’appalto ha durata di tre anni a partire dalla consegna del servizio (anche in via d’urgenza), con opzione di prosecuzione contrattuale per ulteriori tre anni, da assumersi con provvedimento dell’Azienda da trasmettere all’Impresa mediante PEC tre mesi prima la suddetta scadenza. Il termine non è perentorio. L’Impresa è comunque tenuta a garantire il servizio affidato oltre la data di scadenza alle stesse condizioni e modalità, senza eccezione alcuna, fino all’individuazione del nuovo contraente e comunque per un periodo non superiore a sei mesi.
