        L’iniziativa prevede l’acquisizione di:

        - 500 sottoscrizioni con profilatura di tipo “completo” e 200 sottoscrizioni con profilatura di tipo “minimo” per una soluzione erogata in modalità Software as a Service (SaaS), comprensive di servizi di help desk e manutenzione, per un periodo base di 5 anni;

        - servizi a corpo di formazione, configurazione iniziale e dismissione a fine fornitura;

        - servizi professionali di assistenza specialistica per un massimo di 6.000 ore/persona, per le attività di manutenzione straordinaria, il supporto e la formazione supplementare non incluse nei punti precedenti.

        La base d"asta è pari a € 1.020.853. L"importo massimo stimato, che include le opzioni di cui al punto II.2.11), è quello indicato al punto II.1.5).
