         La presente procedura ha ad oggetto l’istituzione di un Sistema Dinamico di Acquisizione ai sensi dell’art.55 del D.Lgs 50/2016 per la fornitura di apparecchiature elettromedicali in favore degli Enti del SSR Veneto e di eventuali ulteriori Enti aderenti.

         Si comunica alle ditte interessate che, nell"ambito del Sistema Dinamico d"Acquisizione (SDA), utilizzando la piattaforma elettronica di E-procurement di proprietà della Regione Lombardia (Sintel), la scrivente Stazione Appaltante procederà all"invio alle ditte abilitate dell"invito alla partecipazione alle procedure di acquisto di

         apparecchiature elettromedicali in favore degli enti suindicati. Si invitano pertanto gli operatori economici a verificare la propria regolare iscrizione al SDA in questione.

         Si rammenta che l"invito, in base a quanto previsto dalla lex specialis del SDA e dalla normativa vigente, sarà inviato solamente alle ditte in regola con la procedura di abilitazione.
