         Wartung Alcatel-Telefonanlage und zusätzliche Dienstleistungen für die Stadt Ludwigshafen am Rhein

         - SPS Wartung

         Der/die Auftragnehmer*in übernimmt die erweiterten Garantieleistungen der Hardware und die Software Subscription für den beauftragten Zeitraum für die in dem OPS File aufgelisteten Kompo-nenten, sofern die erweiterte Garantie abgelaufen ist.

         Das OPS File wird dem Bieter nach Anfrage und Überprüfung durch die Auftraggeberin zur Verfü-gung gestellt.

         - TK Wartungsvertrag

         Der/die Auftragnehmer*in übernimmt die Wartung sämtlicher in der Komponentenliste (siehe Da-tei:"09_Komponentenliste_2023 087") aufgelisteten Komponenten. Die Servicezeit für den War-tungsvertrag ist von Montag bis Donnerstag 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr, sowie Freitag 08:00 bis 13:00 Uhr. Der/die Auftragnehmer*in wird zusätzliche Arbeiten an der TK-Infrastruktur auf gesonderten Auftrag der Auftraggeberin durchführen.
