          a) Ai sensi dall’art. 106, comma 1, lettera a) del D. Lgs. n. 50/2016, è prevista la possibilità di apportare modifiche al contratto, qualora si rendano necessarie, allo scopo di procedere con la revisione dei prezzi, entro il limite massimo di euro 50.000,00 (Iva esclusa).

          b) Nel corso dell’esecuzione dell’appalto potranno essere disposte le modifiche di cui all’art. 106 comma 1 lettera e) del D. lgs. 50/2016 per altre prestazioni fino ad un importo massimo di euro 40.000,00 (Iva esclusa).

          c) L’Università, alla scadenza naturale del contratto, si riserva la facoltà di disporne la proroga ai sensi dell’art. 106 comma 11 D.lgs. 50/2016, alle medesime condizioni contrattuali, per il periodo strettamente necessario all’espletamento della procedura per l’individuazione del nuovo contraente fino a un importo massimo di € 102.500,00 (IVA esclusa).
