Il valore massimo stimato dell"appalto è pari ad € 90.513.205,95 iva esclusa, di cui € 36.205.282,38 di opzione al rinnovo. La Convenzione che verrà stipulata a seguito dell"aggiudicazione avrà una durata di 12 (dodici) mesi decorrenti dalla data di stipula della stessa. La durata della Convenzione per ciascun lotto potrà essere estesa, su richiesta scritta da parte di Soresa, di ulteriore 6 (sei) mesi nel caso in cui alla data di scadenza i valori massimali risultassero non ancora esauriti.
