Throughout the IE Rail Network on an ad-hoc basis.
II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
IE invites Applicants to participate in the pre-qualification process to appoint suitably qualified companies to a qualification system for the treatment and control of various type of invasive plant species, at ad-hoc locations throughout the IE Rail Network, that may arise on an ad-hoc basis. Those companies successfully appointed to the Qualification System will receive all future tender enquiries. Invasive plant Species would include (but not limited to) Japanese Knotweed and Giant Hogweed as well as other species such as: Three-Cornered Leek, Himalayan Balsam, Giant Rhubarb and Buddleia.

Formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
The Qualification System, the subject of this competition, will be valid for 36 months with an option to extend . additional for up to 24 months (36 months +12 +12) at IE’s discretion.
