         Droichead Family Resource Centre, Callan Co. Kilkenny (“The Client”) seeks tenders for Energy Upgrade Works to Droichead Childcare, The Friary Complex, Mill St. Callan, Co. Kilkenny , R95HH52. Droichead Childcare are requesting tender submissions for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of • Bonded bead insulation in the form of cavity wall insulation to the entire fabric of the building. to meet a U value of 0.3W/m2K • Supply and install additional attic insulation to the entire attic space to achieve a U Value of 0.16Wm2.K across the whole attic. (Note there is a walkway in the attic which to be considered as part of these works) • Remove existing windows and doors from site and supply and fit new UPVC windows and doors to the entire building to achieve a U value of 1.4Wm2.K. (Note) Window and door frames will not be white and client will agree a colour with the contractor prior to works commencing. Tenderers should make an allowance for the supply and fit of coloured frames. • Supply and install 9KW Solar PV system complete with full app functionality and linked into the current electrical system on site and capable of feeding to the grid.
