         The specific objective of this contract is to support an increased management capacity of institutions of Montenegro in the area of transport policy implementation. It will also help Montenegro in setting up sustainable administrative structures with functioning staff retention policies for future implementation of European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF). The contract is expected to close last missing gaps for harmonization of the national legislation to be aligned with the EU transport acquis. A national strategy for sustainable alternative fuel vehicles will be also addressed taking account all elements of the Western Balkans Strategy on Sustainable and Smart Mobility.
