Remarks1) Tenderers are required to submit the Term Non-Disclosure Agreement (Term NDA) for access to the PQ brochure. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission.

(2) Applications for the 2nd pre-qualification (final) are invited from civil engineering contractors with proven expertise and experience in the design and construction of underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations and bored tunnels.

(3) All PQ applications must be submitted electronically through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal by the closing date and time for submission.

(4) All expenses incurred by the applicant in the submission of this PQ shall be borne entirely by the applicant.

Qualification CriteriaThe 1st Pre-qualification for the Civil Contract was advertised on GeBIZ on 31 May 2022 and all applicants have been informed of their applications. Tender Documents will ONLY be issued to the pre-qualified tenderers on 25 August 2023 for Civil Contract CR211. Those who wish to be considered for the 2nd (final) pre-qualification for the Civil Contact CR211 will need to submit their pre-qualification applications as detailed in the PQ brochure. Interested applicants are required to submit previous and current records of similar work done, details of key staff with relevant experience in design and/or construction, equipment to be deployed, safety records and financial capacity for LTA"s consideration.
