RemarksELIGIBILITY
Selective Tendering Procedure is adopted for this Tender. Tender documents for Civil Contract CR211 will ONLY be issued to the PRE-QUALIFIED TENDERERS on 25 August 2023. Those who wish to be considered for the 2nd (final) pre-qualification (PQ) for Civil Contract CR211 will need to submit application as electronically via GeBIZ as detailed in the PQ brochure. For details, please refer to the Pre-Qualification Notice published in http://www.gebiz.gov.sg. Please note that the closing date for the 2nd (final) PQ is 19 September 2023, 1600hours, Singapore time.

SUBMISSION
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 4.1, 6.2 & 6.3 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

EVALUATION
The Price-Quality Method as stipulated in Clause 7.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers will be used for evaluation of this tender.
