(b) Malaysian Registered Firms/Companies - Tenderers registered with the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (LPIPM) in the Mechanical and Electrical Categoy M15 registration head of financial grade G7 are invited to tender for this project. Tenderers are required to provide company"s particulars as listed in Annex G for our consideration. Tenderers must submit English translated and certified copy of certificate of incorporation of private company (Form 9) issued by Company Commission of Malaysia.

(c) The PC Start and PC End Dates are estimated only.
