         Για την απόδειξη της απαίτησης της παραγράφου 2 του άρθρου 75 του ν.4412/16 (εγγραφή σε επαγγελματικά ή εμπορικά μητρώα), οι αναθέτουσες αρχές απαιτούν πιστοποιητικό/βεβαίωση του οικείου επαγγελματικού μητρώου του Παραρτήματος ΧΙ του Προσαρτήματος Α" του ν. 4412/16, με το οποίο να πιστοποιείται αφενός η εγγραφή τους σε αυτό και το ειδικό επάγγελμα τους.
