         HRADF is seeking to engage a specialized and highly experienced financial advisor (the “Advisor”), who fully understands the operational, commercial, financial and transactional dynamics and drivers of ports in Europe and particularly in Greece, in order to provide financial advisory services in connection with the preparation and execution of the Project and the implementation of the Transaction. The Advisor is anticipated to work in close cooperation with the other professional advisors of the Fund (legal, technical and other advisors), the HRADF project team, as well as representatives of the Lavrion Port Authority and the Hellenic Republic.

         Interested parties (“Interested Parties”) are hereby invited to submit a proposal (the “Proposal”) according to the terms of this Request for Proposals (the “Request for Proposals”). The tender process for the award of said services (the “Tender Process”) shall be conducted according to HRADF’s Procurement Regulation (Decision of the Minister of Finance no. 2/16128/0025, Government Gazette of the Hellenic Republic – B 476/26.02.2014) (the “Regulation”).
