         Deze Opdracht betreft het aanbieden van cateringdienstverlening voor gemeente Bronckhorst. De aan te bieden cateringdienstverlening bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen:

         - Restauratieve voorzieningen: de exploitatie van het bedrijfsrestaurant;

         - Vergader- en luncharrangementen: aantal locaties/vergaderzalen oid;

         - Banqueting: Bijeenkomsten, recepties, maar ook grotere en/of luxere evenementen.

         Door de Aanbestedende Dienst wordt de overeenkomst centraal aangestuurd, daarnaast gaat het om één bedrijfsrestaurant. Om die reden heeft de Aanbestedende Dienst vanwege beheersbaarheid van de Opdracht besloten om een overeenkomst te willen afsluiten met één Opdrachtnemer en dus geen gebruik te maken van een perceelverdeling.

         De omvang en geografische ligging van de gehele Opdracht en de wijze waarop deze Europese aanbesteding is vormgegeven zorgen er wel voor dat de Opdracht toegankelijk is voor het MKB.
