         Για την έγκυρη συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία σύναψης της παρούσας σύμβασης, κατατίθεται από τους συμμετέχοντες οικονομικούς φορείς (προσφέροντες), εγγυητική επιστολή συμμετοχής, που αντιστοιχεί σε ποσοστό δύο επί τοις εκατό (2%) της εκτιμώμενης αξίας της σύμβασης, χωρίς ΦΠΑ, ήτοι 5.147,40 €, εφόσον ο προσφέρων συμμετέχει για το σύνολο των τμημάτων της σύμβασης. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση, η εγγυητική επιστολή θα αντιστοιχεί σε ποσοστό δύο επί τοις εκατό (2%) της εκτιμώμενης αξίας του κάθε τμήματος στο οποίο αφορά η προσφορά, ως εξής:

         ΤΜΗΜΑ Α’: Εκτιμώμενη αξία χωρίς ΦΠΑ = 151.350,00 * 2% = 3.027,00 €

         ΤΜΗΜΑ Β’: Εκτιμώμενη αξία χωρίς ΦΠΑ = 35.340,00 * 2% = 706,80 €

         ΤΜΗΜΑ Γ’: Εκτιμώμενη αξία χωρίς ΦΠΑ = 35.340,00 * 2% = 706,80 €

         ΤΜΗΜΑ Δ’: Εκτιμώμενη αξία χωρίς ΦΠΑ = 35.340,00 * 2% = 706,80 €
