Das Entfernen und Abtransportieren eines im Baufeld vorgefundenen Stahlrohres DN500, sowie die Verfüllung der Baugrube.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Bei den Arbeiten an den Schmutzwasserleitungen, wurde im Erdreich ein altes ungenutztes Stahlrohr DN 500 vorgefunden, was den geplanten Leitungsverlauf gekreuzt hat und in der Fläche unter dem geplanten Waschplatz lag. Da dieses Rohr den geplanten neuen Leitungsverlauf störte und eine Gefahr für den darüberliegen Waschplatz darstellte (dauerhafte Stabilität des Unterbaus) musste die Leitung entfernt werden. Weil es sich hierbei nicht um den ersten Fund von alten Anlagenteilen handelt, sondern dies schon wiederholt vorgefallen ist, sind die Arbeiten der Außenanlage schon einem nicht unerheblichen Verzug geraten. Deshalb war es von Vorteil, dass der Auftragnehmer in der Lage war, diese Arbeiten sofort zu erledigen, was einen weiteren Verzug verhinderte.
