Im Zuge der Ausführungsplanung ist ersichtlich geworden, dass eine detaillierte Bodenerkundung erforderlich ist um die Umsetzung der geplanten Baubehelfe und der Dichtsohle auszuführen.

Ein Wechsel des AN würde zu erheblichen Verzögerungen im Leistungsablauf führen. Der AN ist bereits mit der Örtlichkeit und den betrieblichen Randbedingungen vertraut. Die Beauftragung eines Drittenführt zwangsläufig zu erhöhten Koordinierungs-, Organisations- und Planungsaufwand und damit zu Mehrkosten.
