VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

NTV 1: Erheblicher Mehraufwand bei der örtlichen Bauüberwachung durch gestiegenen Bauumfang.

NTV 2: Mit dem Nachtrag werden zusätzliche Leistungen für Planungsarbeiten zur Straßenanabindung an das Bauwerk 42 angeboten. Weiterhin werden zusätzliche Nachtragsprüfungen und eine Kontrollvermessung von Boden-Haufwerken des Lagerplatzes angeboten.

NTV 3: Mit dem Nachtrag werden zusätzliche Leistungen für die örtliche Bauüberwachung und die Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination der Maßnhame für eine verlängerte Bauzeit über die vereinbarte Vertragslaufzeit hinaus angeboten.

NTV 4: Mit dem Nachtrag werden zusätzliche Leistungen für die notwendigen Begutachtungen von Bauwerksschäden an 2 Gebäuden, welche im Einflussbereich der Bautätigkeiten liegen und bei denen im Laufe der Bauausführung Schäden festgestellt wurden, angeboten. Durch einen Bausachverständigen sollen jeweils statische Bewertungen durchgeführt und Gutachten erstellt werden.

NTV 5: Mit dem Nachtrag werden zusätzliche Leistungen für die örtliche Bauüberwachung und die Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination der Maßnhame für eine verlängerte Bauzeit über die vereinbarte Vertragslaufzeit hinaus angeboten.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Durch die Schwierigkeiten bei der Bauausführung und der damit verbundenen Bauzeitverlängerung verlängern sich auch die Leistungszeiträume bei der örtlichen Bauüberwachung und die Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination.
