VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La cláusula 20 del pliego de cláusulas administrativas, regulador del contrato del servicio de acompañantes de transporte escolar de la referencia, establece como supuestos de modificación contractual los detallados a continuación, siempre y cuando dicha modificación no exceda del 20% de la cantidad inicialmente prevista para cada lote y sin que esta modificación pueda suponer el establecimiento de nuevos precios unitarios no previstos en el contrato:

a) Creación de nuevas rutas de transporte escolar.

b) Modificación del número del alumnado usuario de la ruta, que implique implantar la prestación del servicio de acompañante.

c) Supresión de rutas de transporte escolar.

d) Modificación del número del alumnado usuario de la ruta, que implique que la prestación del servicio de acompañante deje de ser obligatoria.

e) Variación del número de acompañantes por ruta, ya sea incrementando o disminuyendo el número de los mismos.

f) Variación del número de recorridos de la ruta de transporte. Cuando teniendo un único recorrido se aumente a dos o más, o bien, cuando teniendo dos o más recorridos disminuya a uno.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La necesidad administrativa a satisfacer se concreta en que una vez realizada y finalizada la planificación de las rutas de transporte escolar correspondientes a este curso 2023/2024, y ya comenzado el curso, surgen nuevas necesidades que no se pueden prever en el momento inicial, como es en este caso, que se ha considerado necesario dotar del servicio de transporte escolar al CP Regino Menéndez Antuña de Langreo.
