1. Änderung = Flächenerweiterung Liegenschaft W7 zu Vertragsbeginn

2. Änderung (hier in Rede stehend) = Reinigung in den Liegenschaften W5 (31.12.2022) und W6 (01.03.2024) wird aus dem Vertrag genommen; Flächenerweiterung Liegenschaft W3; Flächenreduzierung Liegenschaft W1 (zum 01.03.2024)

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Liegenschaft W6: durch Folgen der Corona-Pandemie vermehrt Home-Office/desk-sharing was zu ungenutzten Flächen und somit Abmietung führte (zu Vertragsbeginn nicht absehbar)Liegenschaft W5: erhebliche bauliche Mängel, die eine unverzügliche Abmietung zum 31.12.2022 erforderlich machte (Schimmel; zu Vertragsbeginn nicht absehbar) Liegenschaft W1: erhebliche bauliche Mängel, die eine Umwidmung der Räumlichkeiten in Lagerräume erforderlich machte (Asbest in Brandschutzklappen; zu Vertragsbeginn nicht absehbar)Liegenschaft W3: aufgrund eines kurzfristigen Mehrbedarfs ist das Gebäude L zur Reinigung hinzugekommen; Containerbauweise in halbjährigen Bauzeit im Sommer 2022 (zu Vertragsbeginn nicht absehbar)
