Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Ursprünglich war geplant, die bestehenhende Kabeltrasse weiter zu nutzen. Nach Messung der Kabel, wurde festgestellt,dass diese schlechte Messwerte aufweisen, die für eine Inbetriebnahme nicht geeignet sind. Der AN muss die Kabeltrassekomplett neu planen.
