Die Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit einer Auftragsvergabe in einem Nachprüfungsverfahren ist

fristgebunden. Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. Nach § 135 Abs. 2 S. 2

Zusätzliche Planung einer Gewerbekälte für ausgewählte Lagerräumlichkeiten. Im Detail handelt es sich um einen zusätzlichen Verteilerabgang mit einer Gesamtleistung von 50kW. Die Leitungsführung soll vorab so geplant werden, dass jede der Einheiten mit einer maximalen Leistung von 50kW angefahren werden kann. Bei einer fortgeschrittenen Mieterplanung, kann dies noch auf den dann bestehenden Bedarf angepasst werden

Aufgrund der Komplexität des Eingriffs in ein bereits geplantes technisches Systems wäre ein Wechsel technisch nicht zielführend. Die Leistung durch einen Dritten würde erheblichen Abstimmungsbedarf bedingen. Abstimmungen die bereits für die Erstellung der vorhandenen Leistung getroffen wurden, wären zu wiederholen
