Общата стойност на договора се увеличава с 1 194 000 лв. без ДДС. С предишни анекси стойността на договора е увеличавана.

Към настоящия момент в СПСОВ Кубратово се извършва поетапна подмяна на технологичното оборудване на станцията - от барабанни сгъстители на центрофуги. Тази промяна на технологичния метод, при който в процеса по сгъстяване ще се обработва допълнително и първичната утайка ще доведе до по-висок разход на дозите на флокуланта, които се подават към машините.

Във връзка с тези промени, стойността по договора е недостатъчна за изпълнение на доставките на флокуланта.

Открита е процедира със същия предмет, която все още не е приключила и Възложителят е принуден да измени договора чрез сключване на настоящия анекс.
