Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der Fernmeldepunkt F115 wurde nicht wie von der Elektroplanung angegeben aufgefunden, sondern weiter abgelegen am heutigen ZN29. Pläne oder Aufzeichnungen über den genauen Standort lagen nicht vor. Es wurde ein neuer Anbindungsplan über den Fernmeldepunkt F112 mit entsprechenden Leitungsgrößen vorgegeben. Daraus ergeben sich zusätzliche Längen. Außerdem wurde auf Höhe des alten Schirrhofes, im Seitenraum der Panzerringstraße Großpflaster unter der Grasnarbe versteckt aufgefunden, aufgenommen und abgefahren. Eine Bohrung war an dieser Stelle wegen einer bereits vorhandenen Bohrung einer Wasserleitung der Stadtwerke Munster technisch nicht möglich.
